用放射免疫方法测定了豌豆植株茎中内源ＩＡＡ含量，并检测了施于茎尖的３Ｈ－ＩＡＡ在体内的分布和钝化。结果表明，茎中从上至下存在着ＩＡＡ浓度梯度，上部浓度较高，基部浓度较低。其原因一方面是由于不同组织运输ＩＡＡ的能力不同，老组织（基部）运输ＩＡＡ的能力低于幼嫩组织（上部），节部组织运输ＩＡＡ的能力低于节间组织。此外节部组织对ＩＡＡ的钝化能力高于节间组织，节部组织对１４Ｃ－ＩＡＡ的脱羧能力也明显高于茎尖和节间组织。
The content of endogenous IAA in stems of pea plants was determined by radioimmunoassay and the distribution and passivation of 3H-IAA in shoots were detected. The results showed that there was a gradient of IAA concentration from top to bottom in the stem, the upper concentration was higher and the base concentration was lower. The reason is that on the one hand, different organizations have different ability to transport IAA, the ability of old organization (base) to transport IAA is lower than that of young one (upper part), and the ability of node organization to transport IAA is lower than that of internode tissue. In addition, the ability of passivating tissues to inactivate IAA was higher than that of internodes, and the decarboxylation ability of 14C-IAA in node tissues was also significantly higher than that in shoot tips and internodes.
