针对我国烟草种植区烟草栽培仍然沿用传统的人工挖坑、浇水、移栽这样一种费工、费时、劳动强度大、保苗率低的栽培农艺过程,设计开发了自走式烟草移栽机。该机采用回转式鸭嘴挖坑丢苗与阀桶式浇水相结合的移栽机构,并由小功率汽油发动机驱动实现自走。该机一次可完成挖坑、浇水、施肥、移栽和覆土等作业。该移栽机主要由投苗移栽系统、浇水系统、仿形控制系统、转向系统、变速行走系和链传动装置组成。田间试验结果表明,该机移栽深度在80~100mm之间,其作业质量符合烟草种植农艺要求。
Tobacco cultivation in China’s tobacco growing areas still follow the traditional artificial digging, watering, transplanting such a fatigued, time-consuming, labor-intensive, low seedling cultivation of agronomic processes, design and development of self-propelled tobacco transplanting machine . The machine uses a rotary duckbill pitting lost seedlings and valve barrel watering combination of transplanting agencies, driven by low-power gasoline engine to achieve self-propelled. The machine can be completed once digging, watering, fertilization, transplanting and casing work. The transplanting machine is mainly composed of a seedling transplanting system, a watering system, a profiling control system, a steering system, a variable speed traveling system and a chain transmission device. Field test results show that the machine transplanting depth of 80 ~ 100mm, the operating quality in line with the requirements of tobacco farming.
