测定了8种拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂即功夫菊酯、高效顺反氯氰菊酯,氯氰菊酯、溴 氰菊酯、百树菊酯、顺式氰戊菊酯、氰戊菊酯、甲氰菊酯的田间药效。实验结果表明,同一种药剂在不同区域、不同作物上对美洲斑潜蝇的防效不同,这可能与不同区域、不同作物上美洲斑潜蝇对其敏感程度不同有关。从药剂在不同作物、不同区域的防效上综合考虑,功夫菊酯、高效顺反氯氰菊酯、百树菊酯、顺式氰戊菊酯、氰戊菊酯对美洲斑潜蝇幼虫的防效均较好,可作为美洲斑潜蝇的首选杀虫剂使用。甲氰菊酯不宜作为防治斑潜蝇的药剂单独使用。
