“东急”方案是前述设计竞赛选出的另一方案。现浇钢筋混凝土结构,采用大型机械化隧道模施工方法——内墙及楼板用隧道模现浇,外墙用预制大板。隧道模可有大小变化,内部没有梁柱,空间分隔灵活,可借助家具而自由组合成各种空间,有洋室,也有和室。家具组合单元在现场组装,可以互换。试建中,采用的是2LDK型平面,每户有两间卧室,一个起居室,一个餐室,一个厨房。施工时的支模、配筋、灌混凝土等工序连续进行。隧道模的支拆均由起重机装吊,模间用螺栓联结。混凝土采用蒸汽养护,第二天抗压强度达每平方厘
The “Tokyu” plan is another plan selected by the aforementioned design competition. Cast-in-situ reinforced concrete structures adopt large-scale mechanized tunnel mould construction methods—in-situ cast-in-place for interior walls and floor slabs and prefabricated slabs for exterior walls.
