旅游业已经成为黄山经济发展的支柱产业之一。然而旅游企业员工的高流动性一直是困扰旅游企业发展的难题,特别是从业人员用工荒、招工难和留人难等问题。本文以黄山旅游发展股份有限公司为例,初步提出合理控制旅游企业人力资源的流动,以及解决旅游企业用工荒、招工难和留人难等问题的思路和途径。
Tourism has become one of the pillar industries in Huangshan’s economic development. However, the high liquidity of tourism enterprises has always been a problem that plagued the development of tourism enterprises.
