新生儿剥脱性皮炎又称新生儿角貭分离症或Ritter病,是一种发生于新生儿的皮肤急性弥漫性化脓菌感染的疾病。本病发展迅速,预后不良,因此,对获得早期诊断及时治疗显得更为重要。现将我院收治的二例报告于下: 例一、男婴,住院号45509,系11天新生儿,因口腔粘膜糜烂伴全身脱皮5天于1962年11月13日入院。患儿系第1胎足月顺产,出身时全身皮肤来发现有皮疹。生后第5天开始吃奶有困难。第6天发现口腔糜烂,伴有脓性分泌物;并发现颜面及耳后有脱皮现象,继之波及两手、两足底及胸背等处,呈现广泛的红色湿润面。于入院前几天,口腔糜烂更甚,以致不能吃奶。家属否认有冶遊史,家属中亦无其他化脓性皮肤病患者。
Newborns exfoliative dermatitis, also known as neonatal angle sickle disease or Ritter disease, is a disease of the acute diffuse purulent bacterium that occurs in the newborn. The rapid development of the disease, poor prognosis, therefore, timely access to early diagnosis and treatment is even more important. Now in our hospital admitted two cases reported below: Example 1, baby boy, hospital number 45509, Department of 11 days newborn, due to oral mucosal erosion with systemic peeling 5 days in November 13, 1962 admission. Children born in the first full-term birth of the fetus, body skin was born to find a rash. It is difficult to start feeding on the fifth day after birth. The first 6 days found that oral erosion, accompanied by purulent discharge; and found after the face and ears peeling phenomenon, followed by spread to both hands, two feet and chest and other places, showing a wide range of red moist surface. A few days before admission, oral erosion even worse, so can not eat milk. Family members denied a tour history, no other family members of purulent skin disease.
