本文探讨了PHA、CD_3单克隆抗体、IL-2体外诱导正常人脾细胞培养上清液抗肿瘤效应及其对LAK细胞抗肿瘤效应的增强作用。结果显示,IL-2诱导脾细胞的培养上清液在体外不仅具有直接杀伤肿瘤细胞效应,并且能增强LAK细胞的抗肿瘤作用。PHA、抗CD_3单克隆抗体和IL-2联合刺激可增强脾细胞培养上清液杀伤肿瘤细胞效应。
This article explored the anti-tumor effects of PHA, CD_3 monoclonal antibody, and IL-2 in vitro on normal human spleen cell culture supernatants and their anti-tumor effect on LAK cells. The results showed that the culture supernatant of splenocytes induced by IL-2 not only had a direct effect on killing tumor cells in vitro, but also enhanced the anti-tumor effect of LAK cells. The combined stimulation of PHA, anti-CD_3 monoclonal antibody and IL-2 can enhance the effect of splenocyte culture supernatant on tumor cell killing.
