随着社会的不断发展,人们的生活水平不断提高,全面倡导健康生活成了重要目标。在体育教学中将体育心理学融入到体育的教学中,通过对学生全方面展开教育教学,达到一个良好的教育水平和教学环境,如何将体育心理学贯彻到体育的教学中一直是研究的重点。利用心理学的相关知识,从心理学的角度去分析学生的心理活动并进行组织教育教学,从而使教学更加有效的提高体育教学的质量和教学水平。本篇文章对体育教学中融入体育心理学从中揣测出学生心理状态和生活中的活动规律,进而制定出一套合理的教学措施,为两种教学方式的融合提供了可靠的科学依据。
With the continuous development of society, people’s living standards have been continuously improved, and promoting a healthy life has become an important goal in an all-round way. In sports teaching, sports psychology is integrated into the teaching of sports. Through education and teaching of students in all aspects, a good educational level and teaching environment are reached. How to carry out sports psychology into the teaching of sports has been the focus of research . Using the relevant knowledge of psychology, from the perspective of psychology to analyze the psychological activities of students and organize education and teaching, so that teaching more effectively improve the quality of physical education and teaching level. This article examines the psychology of physical education from sports psychology speculated from the psychological state of students and activities in life rules, and then develop a set of reasonable teaching measures for the integration of the two teaching methods provide a reliable scientific basis.
