佐藤学先生的《教师的挑战》一书所倡导的学习共同体的课堂,让我看到了学生学习的幸福所在。1.基于接纳与尊重的倾听,让学生感受被接纳的幸福书中谈到,教师在课堂上的倾听有两个原理,一是要完整地接纳每一个儿童的想法,二是在教学中尊重每一个儿童的尊严。这样的叙述让我很快厘清了“听”与“倾听”的本质区别。“听”关注的是发言者发言的内容与信息,而“倾听”关注的是该儿童的发言是由文本中的哪些话语、其他儿童的哪些发言以及发言儿童自身
