梨S基因型的确定对授粉品种的选择具有指导作用.采用PCR-RFLP检测、DNA序列分析和田间杂交试验,鉴定了两个新S-RN ase基因,分别为S17-RN ase和S21-RN ase,同时确定了7个白梨品种的S基因型.S17-RN ase和S21-RN ase基因的内含子大小分别为142 bp和139 bp,HV区长度分别为16个和15个氨基酸,信号肽-P2的推导氨基酸长度分别为99个和98个氨基酸,信号肽大小均为27个氨基酸,C1大小均为11个氨基酸,C2大小均为12个氨基酸.白梨品种海棠酥、六瓣、恩梨、鸭梨、大核白、香椿、青梨等品种的S基因型分别为S1S12S19、S17S19、S1S19、S1S21、S16S19、S3S19、S19S19.该研究可为梨遗传改良和丰产栽培提供重要的理论依据.
