“4+4”管理模式就是“四化”模式与“四层管理”模式的有机结合。建设典范工程,打造典范式炼化一体化企业,是中国石油四川石化公司的建设发展目标。2009年,四川石化项目现场施工全面铺开,公司公用工程部从创新体制机制入手,积极探索项目建设“四化”、“四层管理”模式,使“4+4”管理模式成为推进项目建设又好又快发展的重要保证。
The management mode of “4 + 4” is the organic combination of “four modernizations” and “four management” modes. Building a model project to create a model refinery and integrated enterprise, is the PetroChina Sichuan Petrochemical Company’s construction and development goals. In 2009, the on-site construction of the Sichuan Petrochemical project was in full swing. The Public Works Department of the Company started with the innovation of institutional mechanisms and actively explored the “four modernizations” and “four-level management” modes of project construction so that the “4 + 4” Management mode has become an important guarantee for promoting sound and rapid development of project construction.
