对恶性胸水肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞(TIL)体内、体外培养的抗肿瘤作用进行了比较研究。结果显示,在恶性胸水患者胸腔内注入基因重组白介素-2(rIL-2)及基因重组肿瘤坏死因子(rTNF-α)能起到体内培养 TIL 的作用,且 TIL 扩增倍数高;对自体肿瘤细胞(ATC)的细胞毒作用亦明显升高,且高于体外培养(P<0.01)。临床治疗11例恶性胸水患者均取得较好效果,8例胸水中 ATC 检测转阴,较体外培养法有较大的优越性。
The anti-tumor effects of malignant pleural effusion tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) in vitro and in vivo were compared. The results showed that injection of recombinant IL-2 (rIL-2) and recombinant tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) into the thoracic cavity of patients with malignant pleural effusions can play a role in the cultivation of TIL in vivo, and the TIL amplification multiple is high; for autologous tumors The cytotoxicity of cells (ATC) was also significantly higher than that in vitro (P<0.01). Clinical treatment of 11 patients with malignant pleural effusion achieved good results. 8 cases of ATC in pleural fluid were negative, which was superior to in vitro culture method.
