目的探讨低功率电切联合闭孔神经阻滞麻醉技术在预防膀胱肿瘤电切术中闭孔神经反射的有效性。方法回顾分析我院2010年7月-2013年5月26例浅表性膀胱侧壁肿瘤患者应用低功率电切联合闭孔神经阻滞麻醉技术行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(TUR-BT)治疗的临床资料,探讨手术方法的科学性和有效性。结果 26例均顺利完成手术,手术时间10-30min,无明显闭孔神经反射发生,无严重出血和中转开放手术病例。结论低功率电切联合闭孔神经阻滞麻醉技术可有效预防TUR-Bt术中闭孔神经反射发生。
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of low-power electrosurgery combined with closed-cell nerve block anesthesia in the prevention of obturator nerve reflex in resection of bladder tumor. Methods Twenty-six patients with superficial bladder tumor in our hospital from July 2010 to May 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. TUR-BT was performed by low-power electrosurgery combined with closed-cell nerve block anesthesia Clinical data to explore the scientific and effective surgical methods. Results All the 26 cases completed the operation successfully. The operation time was 10-30min. There was no obvious obturator nerve reflex, no severe bleeding and the cases of transfer open surgery. Conclusion Low-power electrosurgery combined with closed-circuit nerve block anesthesia can effectively prevent the occurrence of obturator reflex in TUR-Bt surgery.
