高压旋喷桩作为地基处理方法应用广泛,在基坑支护结构中也发挥了较强的挡水、止水作用,但鲜见将高压旋喷桩作为桩基础的工程实例。本文通过在砂层场地进行高压旋喷后插筋桩试桩,根据试桩结果,提出了施工过程中需要注意的工艺问题,并调整设计及施工参数满足本场地要求。为将高压旋喷桩后插筋桩作为桩基础提供了工程经验。
As a widely used method of foundation treatment, high-pressure rotary jet grouting piles also play a strong role of retaining and sealing water in the foundation pit supporting structure. However, it is seldom found that high-pressure rotary jet grouting piles are used as pile foundation. In this paper, high-pressure rotary jet grouting test pile in the sand site, according to the results of the test pile, put forward the process problems that need attention in the construction process, and adjust the design and construction parameters to meet the requirements of the site. It provides engineering experience for the post-mortem pile of high-pressure jet grouting pile.
