近几十年来,油田工作者已经成功地使用了降顶点剂。然而,原油的专一性.添加剂的大量使用以及含蜡成分一直严重影响着化学防蜡添加剂的性能。本文讨论了影响原油防蜡添加剂性能以及原油专一性的各项因素,研究了防蜡添加剂的聚合物支架、悬链和分子量对冷流添加剂性能的作用。同时也介绍了不同溶剂、防蜡添加剂稀释程度及添加剂所起的作用。本文结尾得出结论:向原油中有效混合添加剂对降频点剂的性能起重要作用。使用混合抑制剂能克服原油专一性,可以处理蜡含量范围广的原油。
In recent decades, field workers have successfully used down-apex agents. However, the specificity of crude oil. The extensive use of additives as well as the inclusion of waxes have had a serious impact on the performance of chemical wax additives. In this paper, the factors affecting the performance of crude oil wax additives and the crude oil specificity are discussed. The effects of polymer scaffolds, catenaries and molecular weight of wax additives on the performance of cold flow additives are studied. At the same time also introduced the different solvents, anti-wax additive dilution and the role played by additives. The conclusion of this paper concludes that the effective mixing of additives into crude oil plays an important role in the performance of down-converter. The use of mixed inhibitors overcomes crude oil specificity and can handle crude oil with a wide range of wax contents.
