在基因重组的基础上,提出建立装配变形设计的思想。对所装配产品的变型设计原理和变型设计方法进行分析和研究,通过定义装配产品中零件对象的信息模型,建立零件之间的尺寸约束关系模型。以装配门式起重机的部件刚性支腿为研究对象,构建出模型并验证变型过程。
On the basis of gene recombination, the idea of establishing assembly deformation design was proposed. Analyze and research the variant design principle and variant design method of assembled products, and establish the model of size constraint between parts by defining the information model of the part objects in assembly products. Taking the rigid legs of the gantry crane as the research object, a model is constructed and the deformation process is verified.
