双卧轴强制式混凝土搅拌机的卸料机构,一般采用气动或手动。气动卸料机构不仅使搅拌机多了一套气动装置,增加了成本,而且对于无气泵或气源的施工现场是不适宜的。手动卸料机构的操作劳动强度大,并且不利实现自动化,用它来作为大中型搅拌机的卸料机构,显然是没有前途的。为此,我厂对JS500双卧轴搅拌机的卸料机构,进行了新的尝试,采用螺旋传动的卸料机构(见图1)。本文就该机的
The twin-shaft forced concrete mixer unloading mechanism is generally pneumatic or manual. Pneumatic unloading mechanisms not only increase the cost of a set of pneumatic devices for the mixer, but also are unsuitable for construction sites without air pumps or gas sources. The manual unloading mechanism is labor-intensive and unfavorable to automation. Using it as a unloading mechanism for large and medium-sized mixers obviously has no future. For this reason, our factory conducted a new attempt on the unloading mechanism of the JS500 double-horizontal shaft mixer and used a screw-driven unloading mechanism (see Figure 1).
