一、前言目前沸腾炉存在的问题之一是燃烧效率η燃不够高,主要是飞灰含碳量C飞过高引起的。美B&W公司认为沸腾炉的η燃需达96%以上,在美国它才能与常规的煤粉炉竞争,但目前η燃一般还只能达到85~90%。据统计,烧不同煤种的沸腾炉,其η燃、C飞和固体不完全燃烧损失q_4一般如下表所示。由此可知,
I. Preface At present, one of the problems of the boiling furnace is that the combustion efficiency η is not high enough, mainly because the carbon content C of the fly ash is caused to fly too high. In the United States, B & W believes that the e-combustion needs of ebullition furnaces can reach more than 96%. In the United States, it can compete with conventional pulverized coal furnaces, but at present it can only achieve 85-90% of its combustion rate. According to statistics, different types of coal burning boiler, its η combustion, C fly and solid incomplete combustion loss q_4 generally as shown in the following table. Thus,
