1996年5月28日由湖北工学院生物工程系吴思方老师负责研究的“固定化酵母生物合成酯类”通过了湖北省教委的函审鉴定.专家们一致认为该成果填补了国内空白,具有国内领先水平.本技术是利用 PVA 材料,采用包埋法固定化细胞方法,将产酯酵母细胞固定化后,提高细胞产酯速率和产酯浓度.利用所产生的酯类,提高白酒的质量.
The “Immobilized yeast biosynthetic esters” researched by the Wu Sifang teacher of the Department of Biological Engineering of the Hubei Institute of Technology on May 28, 1996 passed the examination and appraisal of the Hubei Provincial Education Commission. Experts agreed that the results have filled the domestic gap. It has a leading domestic level. This technology is the use of PVA materials, the method of immobilized cells by the embedding method, after the ester-producing yeast cells are immobilized, the rate of ester production and the concentration of esters produced by the cells are increased, and the esters produced are used to increase the liquor’s quality.
