烟草(Nicotiana tabacum L.革新一号)花柄切段培养在加有不同浓度D-色氨酸(D-Trp)和6-BA(0.2mg/1)的MS培养基上,其花芽分化明显受到促进。这种促进效应只是在D-Trp和6-BA同时存在的情况下才能观察到,而且这种效应受到其它因素的制约,如:1.花柄成花梯度。在培养基相同的情况下,花柄不同部位的切段,其花芽分化率不同;2.光。在暗培养条件下,花柄切段主要形成愈伤组织,花芽分化率大大下降。D-Trp作为一种D型氨基酸,在6-BA存在时具有促进花芽分化的生物学效应,而且对照实验表明,D-Trp和L-Trp在促进花芽分化方面几乎没有区别,其作用机制值得深入研究。
