建立完善的法律职业人员统一职前培训制度从其外在意义与内在意义来看,对我国法制建设的完善均发挥着重要作用。然而我国现有的法律职业人员职前培训存在诸多问题,检察官职前培训存在地区分化和培训制度不完善两个问题;法官职前培训存在培训模板化、考核形式化的问题;律师职前培训存在“培训过度”与“培训不足”的问题。笔者立足于我国基本国情,针对现存问题,提出对法律职业人员统一职前培训制度设计的建议。
Establishing and Perfecting the Unified Pre-employment Training System for Legal Professionals From the perspective of its external meaning and intrinsic meaning, it plays an important role in improving the legal system in our country. However, there are many problems in the pre-service training of the existing legal professionals in our country. There are two problems in the pre-service training of the prosecutors such as the regional differentiation and the imperfect training system; the pre-service training of the judges exists the problem of the formalization of the training and formal examination; There is the problem of “over-training” and “under-training”. Based on the basic national conditions of our country, the author puts forward some suggestions on the design of a unified vocational training system for legal professionals in view of the existing problems.
