一忌久坐,久坐者伤肉。坐是消除疲劳的一种必要的休息,但久坐易使肌肉衰退与萎缩。故老人应多参加适合自己的户外活动,加强肌肉锻炼,以增强体质。二忌久立,久立者伤骨。老年人气血运动全靠动静结合调节平衡,如果一直站立不动,就会影响气血运行,使人体部分组织和细胞营养失调,出现气滞血凝,从而招致疾病。
