有些企业自动化程度不高,产品的运输、称量基本由人工操作。这种方法要耗费大量的人力、物力,工人劳动强度大,生产效率低,不适合现代化生产要求。本文提出生产线(24机台位生产机组)上的产品利用封闭轨地面链式输送机进行运输,并在运输过程中自动计量。这样,既考虑了生产工艺要求、环境的改善及生产成本的承受能力,又降低了工人的劳动强度,计数运算准确,有利于现代化大规模生产。
Some enterprises are not high degree of automation, product transport, weighing the basic manual operation. This method takes a lot of manpower and material resources, workers labor intensity, low productivity, not suitable for modern production requirements. This paper proposes that the products on the production line (24-machine production units) be transported by the closed-rail ground chain conveyor and be automatically metered during the transportation. In this way, both the requirements of the production process, the improvement of the environment and the affordability of the production costs are taken into account, the labor intensity of the workers is reduced, the counting and calculation are accurate, and the large-scale modern production is favored.
