随着人工晶体植入手术的普遍开展,晶体后囊混浊(PC0)成为影响术后远期视力恢复的突出问题,术后残留的晶体上皮细胞的增殖和迁移可能是形成晶体后囊混浊的主要原因。手术应激后血浆和房水内皮素(ET)水平升高,晶体上皮细胞和成纤维细胞存在ET受体,ET对晶体上皮细胞和成纤维细胞具有强大的增殖作用,因而,ET对晶体上皮细胞和成纤维细胞的增殖与PCO的关系日益受到重视。现将目前研究状况综述如下。
With the widespread implantation of intraocular lens (IOL) surgery, posterior capsule opacification (PC0) has become a prominent issue affecting postoperative long-term visual acuity restoration. Proliferation and migration of residual lens epithelial cells after surgery may be the main cause of posterior capsule opacification the reason. After the surgical stress, plasma and aqueous humor endothelin (ET) levels increase, there are ET receptors in the lens epithelial cells and fibroblasts, and ET has a strong proliferative effect on the lens epithelial cells and the fibroblasts. Therefore, The relationship between the proliferation of cells and fibroblasts and PCO is gaining more and more attention. The current research status is summarized below.
