本文通过对ABS制动系统的解剖,结合对汽车ABS制动系统在汽车行驶过程中的真实状况进行深入研究,就目前一些院校普遍存在的ABS/EBD制动系统实训台在教学中的盲点提出改进方案,即在ABS/EBD制动系统实训台的传感器信号传输中串接PLC多路信号发生器,通过对台架上的所有传感器的信号进行采样和处理,手动调节PLC信号发生器的输出信号,模拟ABS制动系统中的传感器信号(在传感器信号的波动范围内)输入ABS电子控制模块来模拟汽车工作状况(极佳——佳——正常——欠佳——差——极差),让学生能够很直观的通过解码器的识别找出故障原因,达到教学目的。
