目的评价中国(未包括香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区,下同)2007年麻疹/风疹实验室网络的运转情况。方法分析全国2007年麻疹/风疹实验室网络监测数据库、中国疾病监测信息报告管理系统数据库、中国疾病预防控制中心(CDC)病毒病预防控制所国家麻疹/风疹实验室血清学和病毒学监测数据库的资料,评价中国麻疹/风疹实验室网络运转的各项指标。结果①血清学监测:报告麻疹疑似病例102422例,有实验室诊断的53986例,占麻疹疑似病例的52.7%。②病毒学监测:从19个省(自治区、直辖市,下同)分离到麻疹病毒266株,除1株为A基因型外,其余均为H1基因型中的H1a基因亚型。从6个省分离到风疹病毒46株,均为1E基因型。③实验室网络质量控制:国家麻疹/风疹实验室通过了世界卫生组织(WHO)的职能考核和现场认证。30个省CDC麻疹实验室通过了国家麻疹/风疹实验室组织的职能考核和血清复核,11个省CDC麻疹实验室通过了现场认证考核。结论2007年中国麻疹/风疹实验室网络运转良好,为麻疹疑似病例的实验室诊断和麻疹流行状况监测提供了良好的技术平台,同时也获得了本地麻疹/风疹病毒流行株,积累了麻疹/风疹野病毒基因背景资料,为2012年消除麻疹奠定了实验室基础。
Objective To evaluate the operation of the 2007 measles / rubella laboratory network in China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau Special Administrative Region and Taiwan region, the same below). Methods The database of the national measles / rubella laboratory network monitoring database in 2007, the database of China Disease Surveillance Information Reporting Management System, the database of serology and virology monitoring of the national measles / rubella laboratory of the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) virus prevention and control Data, evaluation of China measles / rubella laboratory network operation of the indicators. Results ① Serological surveillance: There were 10,422 suspected measles cases, 53,986 laboratory diagnoses, accounting for 52.7% of the suspected measles cases. ② virological monitoring: 266 strains of measles virus were isolated from 19 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities, the same below), except for the 1 genotype A, the rest were H1 subtypes of H1 genotype. Forty-six isolates of rubella were isolated from six provinces, all of which were of the 1E genotype. ③ Laboratory Network Quality Control: The national measles / rubella laboratory passed the functional examination and on-site certification of the World Health Organization (WHO). CDC Measles Labs in 30 provinces passed the functional and serological review organized by the National Measles / Rubella Laboratory and the field test was conducted in 11 provincial CDC measles laboratories. Conclusion The Chinese measles / rubella laboratory network operated well in 2007, which provided a good technical platform for the laboratory diagnosis of measles suspected measles cases and the surveillance of the epidemic situation of measles. Meanwhile, the local measles / rubella epidemic strains were also obtained, and measles / rubella Wild virus genetic background information, in order to eliminate measles in 2012 laid the laboratory foundation.
