为确保锅炉安全经济运行,对已结垢的锅炉进行化学清洗也是一种有效和经济的方法。化学清洗技术是利用酸将金属壁上沉积物用化学或电化学方法,把它们从不溶性转变成可溶性的盐类,然后随着清洗液的排放而除去。但是在化学清洗过程中,酸不仅能够溶解沉积物而且也能以一定的速度溶解基底金属,使金属受到不同程度的损伤。我们希望在酸洗过程中沉积物的溶解速度进行得越快越好,而金属的腐蚀破坏速度要进行得越慢越好。如何选择最佳的酸洗浓度、温度、时间是我们需要掌握的。因此,为了寻找合适的酸洗条件,提高酸洗效果,笔者开展了正交试验。

Chemical cleaning technology is the use of acid to deposit on the metal wall by chemical or electrochemical methods, the insoluble from their conversion into soluble salts, and then with the cleaning fluid emissions and removed. However, during chemical cleaning, the acid not only dissolves the deposits but also dissolves the base metal at a certain rate, causing the metal to be damaged to different extents. We hope that in the pickling process, the dissolution rate of sediment will be as fast as possible, and the corrosion rate of metal will be slower and slower. How to choose the best pickling concentration, temperature, time is what we need to grasp. Therefore, in order to find a suitable pickling conditions, improve pickling effect, the author conducted an orthogonal test.
