本文从信息产品角度分析出口边际成本和总成本为零的现象,指出李嘉图的“比较优势理论”并不完全适用于信息时代的国际贸易。基于信息产品的特殊经济特征——边际成本为零,从产成品——物质、能量、信息产品的不同经济特征,以及产品的生产要素的成本特征入手,提出新的概念,对比较优势国际贸易理论进行了探索性改进,对国际贸易新现象作出合理的解释,为我国制定国际贸易政策和产业发展政策、调整产业结构提供理论依据。
This paper analyzes the phenomenon that export marginal cost and total cost are zero from the point of view of information products, and points out that Ricardian ’s theory of comparative advantage is not entirely applicable to international trade in information age. Based on the special economic characteristics of information products - the marginal cost is zero. Based on the economic characteristics of finished products - matter, energy and information products, and the cost characteristics of the product’s production elements, a new concept is proposed to compare the advantages of international trade Theory has made exploratory improvements and made reasonable explanations on the new phenomenon of international trade so as to provide a theoretical basis for China to formulate its international trade policies and industrial development policies and adjust its industrial structure.
