每周只要吃几次蕃茄就可使心情变好。中国与日本的研究人员发现,如果每周吃两次至六次蕃茄,患抑郁症的几率就可降低46%。为了探讨蕃茄是否能在生理之外也对心理产生益处,中国与日本的研究人员对近1000名70岁以上的日本老年人进行了研究。
Just eat tomatoes several times a week can make a good mood. Researchers in China and Japan found that eating tomatoes twice or six times a week reduced their chances of depression by 46%. To examine whether or not tomatoes can have psychological benefits in addition to their physiology, researchers in China and Japan studied nearly 1,000 older Japanese over 70 years of age.
