基于偏头痛病理生理学基础的研究,在近10年来国外学者越来越注意到血小板聚集和释放反应在偏头痛发病机制中的重要地位。国内有关此方面的临床报道不多.而偏头痛伴有血液流变学异常尚未见报道。本文就我科门诊确诊的78例偏头痛病人血小板聚集试验(PAgT)和血液流变学测定的结果作一简要的分析。
Based on the study of the pathophysiology of migraine, more and more foreign scholars in the past 10 years have noticed that platelet aggregation and release responses play an important role in the pathogenesis of migraine. Domestic clinical reports in this regard small, while migraine with abnormal hemorheology has not been reported. In this paper, a diagnosis of 78 cases of migraine patients with platelet aggregation test (PAgT) and hemorheology results were analyzed in our clinic for a brief analysis.
