目的:建立牛黄消炎片中华蟾酥毒基和脂蟾毒配基2个成分的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:采用Agilent SB C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.5%磷酸二氢钾水溶液(用磷酸调pH至3.2)(37∶63),柱温为40℃,流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为296 nm。结果:2个成分的线性关系良好,精密度、稳定性、重复性的RSD均低于3%,加样回收率分别为99.7%、99.8%。结论:该方法简便、准确、灵敏,可用于牛黄消炎片的质量标准提高研究。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of two components in the Chinese toadine and resibufogenin of Bezoar anti-inflammatory tablets. Methods: Agilent SB C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.5% potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (adjusted to pH 3.2 with phosphoric acid) (37:63) The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1 and the detection wavelength was 296 nm. Results: The linear relationship between the two components was good. The RSDs of precision, stability and repeatability were all less than 3%. The recoveries of two components were 99.7% and 99.8% respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and sensitive and can be used to improve the quality standard of Bezoar anti-inflammatory tablets.
