将传统索氏提取器换为恒压漏斗,从茶叶中提取咖啡因。研究水、无水乙醇、氯仿和丙酮不同的溶剂对咖啡因提取效果的影响。结果表明,使用恒压漏斗作为提取装置,以无水乙醇作为提取剂时,咖啡因提取率达到1.82%,提取时间2~3 h。将提取得到的白色产品经傅里叶红外光谱测试,数据显示,产品谱图与标准谱图一致。
The traditional Soxhlet extractor for the constant pressure funnel, extracted from the tea caffeine. The effect of different solvents of water, absolute ethanol, chloroform and acetone on caffeine extraction was studied. The results showed that when using constant pressure funnel as extraction device and anhydrous ethanol as extractant, the extraction rate of caffeine reached 1.82% and the extraction time was 2 ~ 3 h. The extracted white product was tested by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The data shows that the product spectrum is consistent with the standard chromatogram.
