“许老师,刘展把我的美术工具弄坏了。”“刘展又打我了!”“刘展放学回家时又把我绊倒了。”……自从接手这个班以来,有关刘展的小报告就充斥耳畔,给原本就忙碌的教学生活又平添了更多的烦扰。苦口婆心的教育,鞭辟入里的训斥,及时沟通的家校配合,无论我采取什么样的教育方式都无法改变他破坏性的恶习,哪怕只有一点点。很头疼,这是一个让所有的上课老师都深感头痛的“破坏分子”。多年来的教育经验告诉我,要想感化他,不是一朝一夕便可奏效,需打“持久战”。
