By analyzing the internal relations between healthy organizations and human resources management, this paper puts forward the active promotion effect of establishing healthy organizations on human resources management so as to establish and perfect a scientific human resources management system so as to enhance the cohesion and competitiveness of the organization. Organizational health refers to an organization, community and society, as good and bad as human health. To normal operation, pay attention to enhance the capacity of internal development, effective and adequate response to environmental change, rational change and development are healthy organizations measure.
