目的探讨信息化技术方案对缓解门诊“看病难”的应用效果。方法应用信息技术,开发基于医院信息系统的门诊自助服务系统。结果实现了办卡、挂号、取检验单、缴费、信息查询及服务质量评价等功能的自助服务模式。结论信息化技术的应用,优化了就诊流程,消除了挂号、取单及缴费等排队等候的环节,“看病难”的局面得到根本好转。
Objective To explore the application of information technology solutions to alleviate the out-patient “difficult to see a doctor ”. Methods Applying information technology to develop an outpatient self-service system based on hospital information system. The results of the implementation of the card, registration, take the test sheet, payment, information query and service quality evaluation functions such as self-service mode. Conclusion The application of information technology has optimized the visiting process and eliminated waiting lines for registration, withdrawal and payment, and the situation of “difficulty in seeing a doctor” has been fundamentally improved.
