电子能谱仪是一种用途很广的表面分析工具,它广泛地应用于冶金、环境保护、催化、医疗和摩擦磨损等方面。本文主要对其中的X光电子能谱仪(XPS或ESCA)、俄歇电子能谱仪(AES)的简单原理及其在摩擦磨损方面的应用作一简略的介绍。
Electronic spectroscopy is a versatile surface analysis tool that is widely used in metallurgy, environmental protection, catalysis, medical treatment and friction and wear. In this paper, we briefly introduce the simple principle of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS or ESCA) and Auger electron spectroscopy (AES) and their applications in the field of friction and wear.
