通过构建社会网络、知识吸收能力与小微企业创新成果采纳之间关系的理论模型,利用齐齐哈尔市小微企业调研数据,运用多元回归法对模型及提出的假设进行实证分析。研究表明,社会网络的网络中心性、关系强度、信任和关系互惠性等维度对小微企业创新成果采纳具有显著正向影响,而网络规模对小微企业创新成果采纳影响不显著;知识吸收能力在网络中心性、关系强度、信任、关系互惠性与小微企业创新成果采纳之间起部分中介作用,而在网络规模与小微企业创新成果采纳之间起完全中介作用。
By constructing a theoretical model of the relationship between social network, knowledge absorptive capacity and adoption of innovation achievement of small and micro enterprises, this paper makes use of the research data of small and micro enterprises in Qiqihar City and makes empirical analysis of the model and the hypotheses using multiple regression. The research shows that the dimensions of social network, such as network centrism, strength of relationship, trust and reciprocity of relationship, have a significant positive impact on the adoption of innovations of small and micro enterprises, while the influence of network scale on the adoption of innovations of small and micro enterprises is insignificant. Knowledge absorptive capacity It plays a part-mediated role in the aspects of network centrism, strength of relationship, trust, reciprocity of relationship and adoption of innovations in small and micro-enterprises, and plays a complete intermediary role between the scale of network and the adoption of innovations in small and micro-enterprises.
