大学生的心理压力随着时代的发展和社会环境的变化而越来越大,如果不采取有效措施加以引导,很可能会出现心理健康问题,从而对大学生的身心健康发展造成影响。而瑜伽练习不仅满足了大学生身心发展的需要,同时有效增强大学生的心理健康。本文对目前大学生心理健康问题产生的原因,以及大学瑜伽教育课程开展的必要性进行了深入的分析与研究,希望可以对大学生的心理健康建设发挥积极的作用。
The psychological pressure of college students grows with the development of the times and the changes of the social environment. If we do not take effective measures to guide them, mental health problems are likely to emerge, which will have an impact on the physical and mental health of college students. The yoga practice not only meets the needs of the physical and mental development of college students, but also effectively enhance the mental health of college students. This article has carried on the thorough analysis and the research to the current university student’s psychological health problem and the university yoga education curriculum carry on the necessity, hoped that may carry on the positive function to the university student’s mental health construction.
