我院在学习洛阳市第三人民医院用超声波治疗脑血管意外成功经验的启发下,自1975年以来开展了用超声治疗冠心病的研究工作。在动物试验、正常人体实验和典型病例实验治疗的基础上,应用于临床,由75年7月至77年4月,共治疗冠心病人276例。在资料完整的200例中,心绞痛症状的有效率为94%,不正常心电图的有效率为74.32%,为治疗冠心病找到了一种新方法。动物实验大剂量实验组取家兔2只,剃去胸毛后涂液体石腊,以超声探头密贴于心前区作平行缓慢移动,速度为1—2厘米/秒,声强2.5瓦/平方厘米,频率800千赫/秒(大于治疗剂量一倍),连续10分钟,每日1次,共21次。然后处死家兔取出心脏,外观正常,心肌组织学检查未见明显改变,无瘢痕、坏死或出血。超声前后心电图并无明显改变。
Inspired by the successful experience of using ultrasound to treat cerebrovascular accident in the Third People’s Hospital of Luoyang City, our hospital has carried out research on the treatment of coronary heart disease by ultrasound since 1975. In animal experiments, normal human experiments and experimental treatment of typical cases, based on the clinical application, from July 75 to April 77, a total of 276 cases of coronary heart disease. Then sacrifice the rabbit to remove the heart, the appearance of normal, no significant changes in myocardial histology, no scars, necrosis or bleeding. ECG before and after no significant change.
