目的:探讨骶主韧带-盆筋膜腱弓交叉缝合治疗中重度盆腔脱垂(POP)的效果。方法:选取2017年1月至2020年1月收治的 60例中重度POP患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组各30例,对照组接受经阴道子宫全切术+前后壁修补术,观察组接受经阴道子宫全切术+前后壁修补术+骶主韧带复合体-盆筋膜腱弓交叉缝合术联合骶棘韧带悬吊术,对两组治疗效果、PISQ-12及PFDI-20评分进行比较。结果:观察组治愈率为96.67%,较对照组76.67%高(P<0.05);观察组术后PISQ-12评分较对照组高
