《三言》(《喻世明言》、《警世通言》、《醒世恒言》)是明末文学家冯梦龙编纂的一本宋元明白话短篇小说集,它反映了这个时期的社会生活、语言文化等多个侧面,具有很高的研究价值。俗话说,仁者见仁,智者见智。作为一个新闻工作者在阅读《三言》时感兴趣的还是新闻。笔者注意到,书中涉及到“新闻”的地方有近10处,且涉及新闻的这些篇章从内容和语言方面可以。看出多是明朝时期的作品。我们如果对此情况仔细品味一下,会有助于我们对明朝“新闻现状”的了解。 从《三言》中“新闻”一词的使用来看,这时“新闻”一词的涵义已远远告别它的最
