我厂有一座台车室式退火炉,有效容积为4×2×2米,每炉装载铸件12~15吨,长期以来,一直燃烧轻柴油。1979年以后,由于柴油供应紧张,被迫改烧重油(即渣油),耗量不仅比轻柴油大,而且劳动条件恶劣,操作困难。我们学习各方面经验,将喷煤粉机用在铸件退火炉上,煤粉退火炉只用两个月时间就改造成功,收到了较好的效果。 一、喷煤粉机的结构及技术规格 我们采用的喷煤粉机是青岛市胶县洋河铸造机械厂生产的,其结构如图1所示。15毫米以下煤粒加入煤斗后,由蜗轮传动的螺旋给料器均匀送入机体内,经三级叶片的离心锤头撞击,破碎成粉状(100~200目),再由高速转动(1800转/分)的喷煤叶片将煤粉由出口经管道喷入炉内。喷煤粉机的主要技术规格如下:
