单片微机在扭矩测量技术中的应用

单片微机已在我国的测量仪表和实时控制领域中获得了广泛的应用。在磁电式(亦称相位差式)扭矩测量技术中,由于对被测扭矩的动态响应速度和扭矩传感器的转速特性补偿要求较高,至使目前大量应用中的非智能型的扭矩测量仪表不能令人满意。本文采用一片INTEL公司的8031单片微机,配备一片只读存贮器和少量的接口芯片,构成一个扭矩、转速、功率测量仪表。该仪表有着很高的性能价格比,工作稳定可靠,抗干扰能力强,精度高,安装调试方便。尤其是能对扭矩传感器的特性进行很好的补偿。这是非智能型扭矩测量仪表所无能为力的。 Single-chip microcomputer has been in our country measuring instruments and real-time control in the field of access to a wide range of applications.
