本文介绍了液压系统保压回路中当蓄能器油口压力卸荷时,一种自动截止以保持住蓄能器内能量的装置。该自动装置在确保实现蓄能器在保压回路中长时间保压功能的同时,又可防止系统频繁动作而造成蓄能器卸压。因此,它能够省去畜能器再次充压所用的时间,提高了效率,满足了一些系统较高频的动作周期的工艺要求,并且大大地节省了能源。
This paper presents a device that automatically cuts off to maintain the energy in the accumulator when the pressure in the accumulator port is unloaded in the pressure circuit of the hydraulic system. The automatic device ensures that the accumulator keeps the pressure-holding function for a long time in the pressure maintaining circuit, and prevents the system from releasing the pressure due to frequent actions of the accumulator. As a result, it eliminates the time it takes for the re-stampede to recharge, improves efficiency, meets some of the system’s process requirements for higher frequency cycles, and saves significant energy.
