怀揣着更大航空产业梦想的北京,俨然已经展现出了拥抱通航产业重大项目落地的积极姿态在此前国内两轮的航空产业发展中军用飞机的生产与北京无缘,产业基地最终落子沈阳、成都、景德镇等地;此后,伴随民航的崛起,欧洲空客的中国组装基地进驻天津、中国商飞的国产大飞机C919项目则选择了上海,再次失之交臂的北京又充当了一次看客。而当第三轮通用航空产业来临时,北京终于打开了通往航空产业的一道门,位于平谷的北京通用航空产业基地应运而生。
Beijing, with its dream of a bigger aviation industry, seems to have shown a positive gesture of embracing the major projects of the navigation industry. Prior to the development of the domestic two rounds of aviation industry, the production of military aircraft missed Beijing. The industrial base eventually landed in Shenyang, Chengdu, Jingdezhen and other places. Since then, with the rise of civil aviation, the assembly base of Airbus China has entered the city of Tianjin, while the C919 project of China-made large aircraft of China Commercial Aviation has chosen Shanghai. Beijing, once again missing, has acted as a spectator again. When the third general aviation industry came, Beijing finally opened a door to the aviation industry. The Beijing General Aviation Industrial Base in Pinggu came into being.
