问题之一;任竞争中中小企业占有市场的能力越来越小。由于我国工业生产的社会化程度和企业组织程度还很低(对于大部分中小企业而言),许多重要产品的生产相交换在很大程度上是按部门和地区的行政隶属关系进行组织管理,企业间的专业化协作程度很低,“大而全,小而全”的局面难以完全扭转。同时,中小企业若想开发新产品,以新取胜,又缺乏相应的技术、资金和应变能力。其中,能够顾利地避开竞争或依托大企业的只有少数、大量的中小企业正面临着失去客户的威胁。
One of the problems; the ability of small and medium-sized enterprises to occupy the market is getting smaller and smaller. As the degree of socialization and corporate organization of industrial production in China is still very low (for most SMEs), the exchange of production of many important products is to a large extent organized and managed by the administrative affiliation of departments and regions. The degree of professional cooperation among enterprises is very low. It is difficult to completely reverse the situation of “large and complete, small and complete”. At the same time, if SMEs want to develop new products and win new ones, they lack the corresponding skills, funds and resilience. Among them, only a small number of large and medium-sized SMEs that can easily avoid competition or rely on large enterprises are facing the threat of losing customers.
