《农业机械》资料1974年第4期的《滚动轴承的代用》一文中谈到过滚动轴承的镶套代用。如何正确地选用套的配合公差,对于保证传动精度和提高使用寿命起着重要作用。现在就这个问题来谈谈我们的看法。在拖拉机及其它农业机械中,滚动轴承的内、外径和壳体及轴的配合已经由设计部门及制造厂选定,我们不再考虑。所以在选用内径镶套代用时,套的内径就使用原轴承内径的制造公差,而套的外径和代用轴承的内径选用稍紧的基孔制过渡配合;在选用外径镶套代用时,套的外径就采用原轴承外径的制造公差,而套的内径和代用轴承的外径则选用稍紧的基轴制过渡配合。这样就不至于使套过紧或过松,避免装配时发生打坏壳体或损坏轴承的事故。

This will not make the sleeve too tight or too loose, to avoid the occurrence of assembly damage to the shell or bearing damage accident.
