基于热力学对比状态理论,建立了形状因子对应态的统计力学模型。利用虚拟原油馏份的对比参数,建立了对应态形状因子导热系数模型,并对其形状因子进行了一系列校正,提出了原油形状因子的求解方法。在计算中,使用正己烷为参考流体,使用易测的原油物性为参数,对大庆原油的7个馏份在不同温度下的导热系数进行了计算,和实测数据相比较,最大偏差为3.6%,平均偏差小于2%。
Based on the state theory of thermodynamic contrast, a statistical mechanical model of shape factor corresponding state is established. Based on the contrast parameters of the virtual crude oil fraction, a model of thermal conductivity of the corresponding shape factor was established, and a series of calibration of its shape factor were carried out. The method of solving the shape factor of crude oil was proposed. In the calculation, using n-hexane as a reference fluid, the thermal conductivity of seven fractions of Daqing crude oil at different temperatures was calculated using the measured crude physical properties as a parameter. The maximum deviation was 3 compared with the measured data. 6%, the average deviation of less than 2%.
