党的十八届四中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》明确指出,要“充分发挥人民团体和社会组织在法治社会建设中的积极作用”。作为党的工人阶级群众组织和国家政权的重要社会支柱,工会组织应当在党所领导的全面建设法治国家进程中积极发挥作用。 The “Decision of the CPC Central Committee and the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Major Issues in Ruling the Country by Law” passed by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee clearly states that it is necessary to “give full play to the active role of people’s organizations and social organizations in the construction of a society ruled by law.” As an important social pillar of the party’s working-class mass organizations and state power, trade union organizations should play an active role in the process of building a state under the rule of law led by the party.
