目的研究腺梗豨莶Siegesbeckia pubescens地上部分的化学成分。方法利用正相硅胶柱色谱、薄层色谱等方法进行了化学成分的分离和纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行了结构鉴定。结果从腺梗豨莶地上部分乙醇提取物中分离得到了3个氧化脂类成分,分别鉴定为3-豆蔻酰氧基-2-异丁酰氧基-4-甲基戊酸()、3-豆蔻酰氧基-2-羟基-4-甲基戊酸()和γ-十二烷基-α-羟基-γ-内酯()。结论化合物和为首次报道的氧化脂类新化合物,分别命名为豨莶脂A和豨莶脂B,化合物为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of the aboveground part of Siegesbeckia pubescens. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by normal phase silica gel column chromatography and thin layer chromatography. The structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results Three oxidized lipid components were isolated from the ethanolic extracts of the ground stem of Acanthurus cuscutae and were identified as 3-myristoyloxy-2-isobutyryloxy-4-methylpentanoic acid Myristoyloxy-2-hydroxy-4-methylpentanoic acid () and γ-dodecyl-α-hydroxy-γ-lactone (). Conclusions The compounds and the first reported lipid compounds of lipids, named as 豨 莶 fat A and 豨 莶 fat B compounds for the first time isolated from the plant.
